Change the form and date of test module 3

The next test will be on 17.01.2025 at 10:00 and will be held at the Physiology Department (ul. Smoluchowskiego 11) as a paper test.

Here are some important details:

  1. Please arrive at the Physiology Department on 17.01.2025 at maximum 9:45
  2. The test will start at 10:00. Anyone, who will be late, will not be allowed to enter the room and will lose one pass.
  3. Electronic equipment (phones, tablets, laptops, headphones, watches – even analog ones), drinks (including water) and food are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the exam room.
  4. Everyone MUST have a document confirming their identity (student ID or passport) and two, working pens.
  5. The test results will be published no later than 19.01.2025
  6. Every issues about the test can be sent by mail to physiology@ump.edu.pl up to 23:59 same day. Student can do it by his/her academic mail only! Other ways will be not accepted
  7. It is forbidden to communicate during test with other students and teachers.
